An account at your club lets you book classes, buy memberships and enter the club with a QR code.
Creating an account
- Go to your club's website and click Register.
- Enter your first name, last name, email and phone, and set a password.
- Accept the club's terms and click Create account.
If you already have an account at another club
If your email is already in fitipass, for example from another club, we do not create a second account. We send you an email with a link. After you click it, the new club is added to the account you already have, and your current password keeps working.
If the front desk added you earlier
If the club added you by hand, ask the front desk for a link to set your password. It arrives by email.
Logging in
On the club website, click Log in. You can log in with your password or ask for a login link by email. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot password?.
