You create memberships in Catalog → Membership plans. One plan is one type of membership in your price list, for example "8 entries a month" or "Unlimited".
Basic details
- Add a new membership plan.
- Enter a name and a short description. Clients see them in the price list.
- Choose a category if you split the price list into groups.
Price and how it is paid
Set the price and choose the billing type:
- One-time – the client pays once for the whole validity period.
- Recurring – the fee is charged automatically every period, for example every month. In Number of billing cycles, enter for example 6 or 12 if the agreement lasts a set time. Leave it empty for a subscription with no end date.
You can also turn on Sold in instalments. The client commits to several months and pays each instalment separately: at the front desk or with a link. Nothing is charged automatically, and an unpaid instalment blocks entry until it is paid.
If you charge a joining fee, set it here.
What the membership covers
- Unlimited class entries or a Class entries count, for example 8.
- Covered classes – leave empty and the membership works for all classes. Pick classes and it opens only those.
- Gym access – turn on if the membership also lets the client into the gym. You can limit the entry hours, for example mornings only.
- The validity period, for example 1 month.
Freezing
Turn on Freeze if clients can pause the membership, for example while on holiday. Set how long and how many times. See How to freeze a membership.
Selling on the club website
- Public enabled – the membership appears in the price list on the club website and in the app.
- One purchase per client – for memberships that can be bought only once, such as a trial entry.
- Sales window – limits when the membership is on sale and from when it can start. Useful for pre-sales before the club opens.
